190,000 shares is not much. I have 160,000 shares and I am an average investor with no knowledge of anything. In fact VIT has been great for not leaking any news good or bad. My guess is that someone got scared. They probably had bought lower so it didn't hurt to sell at market.

However, the delay in KR-1 makes me think they are holding those results to release with BH-5 because KR-1 was a dud. Time will tell.
