I was wondering why the S/P kept going down as the initial fall was over with and they do have a good idea what is in the ground in spite of this stupid error. So I was happy to have your post and I do think the response from mootsweazy was inappropriate.

However, I would remind you that there are bright and dense folks on both sides of any border and our long undefended one is no different! Are you not jumping to conclusions that the shareholders involved in this action are US citizens?

It may be true that there is more punitive litigation in the US but I see no need to sling mud in this issue. Wherever the buggers live we're all going to have to decide to ride this out or cut bait.
