Yessir it is, and there is more to this story that was not said.

Frac sand is becoming a much sought after resource in the last few months.

In a previous update the company stated that the frac sand was not contained in the area where the feasibility study was done and that it was althrough the area.

The feasibility study covered 70 hectares of land, but Victory controls 10970 hectares (100% ownership) and lots of potential for exploration.

The north limb extends 1.5 km from the body but could be mineralized for at least 3km.

Yes there could be a takeover, but not at these low prices. No company is going to offer multiples for a takeove at this point. The shareholders may not like what they think of as over paying. And I would hope that SH in this company would not tender their shares to a low ball offer.

I could be wrong, but lets get the SP to .50 or .60 before there is a takeover offer.
