It looks like insiders are selling shares for a financing.I've invested many times on the NASDAQ over the years,and this is the exact way that it occurs.You see a massive orchestrated selloff and sure enough a PP follows.

The reason they haven't released results yet is because they want to close the PP first.My take on what's going on.
