I think that was a brilliant move from WSR to get a JV with GZZ in order to secure the land nearly completely sourrounding their very small (160 acres, 4 units) MTX-JV claim where they hit recently.

Now they will participate if the strike length of this hit extends to either north, east or south (west is TME/MC JV).

And they got NOT on board as well, very smart connection here.

Mr. Nemis gets closer to his 80% .
