Prophecy Platinum Corporation (TSX-V: NKL, US-PINK: PNIKD, Frankfurt: P94P) is a mineral exploration company focusing on developing nickel sulphide and platinum palladium group metals (PGM) projects.

The Company's flagship project is the Wellgreen Nickel PGM deposit in the Yukon Territory. Properties also include the Lynn Lake Nickel Copper project in Manitoba, five prospective claims in Uruguay and Las Aguilas Nickel PGM deposit in Argentina.

Prophecy Platinum was spun off from Prophecy Coal (TSX-V: PCY) in June of 2011. Prophecy Coal owns 22.5 million shares (approximately 45%) of Prophecy Platinum.
