I`m afraid i miss your point here ? What you`ve posted,is this intended to be a good thing or a bad thing for us peons ?

I`m no economics major,but if they`ve just sold THAT many shares for $1.20,that`s not going to help sustain that $1.85,(or higher) we were at a few days ago.

Someone please tell me some FACTS where i`ve got it wrong.Not speculation,imagination,opinion,etc,etc.

Anyone know for FACT ? Or is it as simple as the dilution against us as it appears to be.
