" Dilution is quite inevitable " No doubt,especially when it`s insider buying.Call me a cynic if you wish,but i believe it`s possible that there`s unscrupulous people working behind the scenes in their own best interest,and not for the shareholders.
This is not your fathers stock market.There`ve DEFINITELY always been crooks,but at least occasionally they threw the little guy a few scraps if and when they hit pay dirt.
Amazing coincidence how NKL dropped like a stone just when it was time to close the deal with UMJ.AFTER redoing the original terms with UMJ,lowering the return for the victims,er,investors of UMJ considerably.
I`m not smart enough to know how they do it.I DO know however that there are people in jail for insider trading and manipulation of stocks.
