Only way i can understand this stock`s reaction is by relating it to that nasty financial situation in california. It`s blowing us away. Is the ``california dreaming`` turning into a nightmare ?

Will WND has to sell some assets in order to finance other projects and will it get some of that stimulus money sooner or later ?

Right now the market seems pessimistic...
