It's very difficult to evaluate with the little information we have on Saq-1 and determine its directly related resource potential. But if one were to look at current market cap ~ performance-related-indicators relationships the following justification can be made in general, regardless of the climate/country at hand.

2000 bopd = 137 million dollar market cap CAD (SP = 0.42 CAD)
6000 bopd = 400 million dollar market cap CAD (SP = 1.30 CAD)
100 MMbbl resource/reserves = 1.2 billion dollar market cap CAD (SP = 3.8 CAD)

this relationship between production/reserves/resources and market cap can be created by analysing many different companies and calculating the approximate linear trend which can be observed...
