I don't understand why a delay is such a big deal. WTG will not be having a great Q4. As long as they kept their costs/capex reasonable in Q4, what most serious investors care about would be Q1 and Q2... and tonnage throughput & grades by the end of April.

A delay in FS filing is not uncommon after a merger... it's A LOT of work to reconcile the two companies... maybe their accounting division is thin (which is not a bad thing cuz it means they're keeping corporate overhead low).

Heck, they even said the delay is not due to something material that hasn't already been announced.

And please don't compare to Peggy & crew. WTG has 90 days to file... not 120. And they don't have a merger of this scale to reconcile.
