It doesn't matter if they lied or omitted it - This is in my opinion malicious deception of (potential) investors. You can't just release the good news and hide the really appreciable news from the markets, even if they are bad. This is how you would offer your old car saying it is in best condition, but you know that the engine is badly damaged. If i would have more money and i would live in Canada i would take the best lawyers and would try to get them in big trouble. But in my position there is not much i can do, except to find the best moment, to get out of here.
