White Tiger Announces the Resignation of Directors

ORONTO, Feb. 22, 2013, 2013 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) --White Tiger Gold Ltd. ("White Tiger" or the "Company") (TSX: WTG) announces that it has received and accepted the resignations of Mr. Ram Ramachandran and Mr. Dmitry Snesar from the Board of Directors. Mr. Ramachandran's resignation is effective February 28, 2013 and Mr. Snesar's resignation was effective February 21, 2013.
Jim McBurney, CEO of White Tiger, said, "On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank Messrs. Ramachandran and Snesar for their valuable service and contribution during their tenure as a directors of the Company". Mr. Ramachandran, an independent director, tendered his resignation due to health reasons. Mr. Snesar, a Managing Director with VTB Capital plc ("VTB"), tendered his resignation in light of the Company's negotiations with VTB. The negotiations relate to the Company's inability to meet the December 31, 2012 gold sales covenant under the US$80 million loan facility from VTB.
