WEL is now .05 at the ask (which makes the Flow-Through at .05 more attractive than ever!).

There was the dip in December to price levels that made no rational sense at all, but now SP is solidifying and should just creep up, IMO. With some news, and especially if the news has to do with a JV or a party interested in acquiring any of the WEL properties for further development, we could see a very nice pop. JMHO
