this is exactly what I was thinking, if the shear zones are laterall movements of mineralized fluids, just think of the extent and depth that this must run.

that 'pencil' of a mother lode could be anywhere along this direction, and whats to say that there can't be more than one pencil (wishful thinking).

this kind of thinking just makes my day all the better.
