Just returned home from being at the AGM. I will do a full report later (likely this evening), but the business part was all done in 14 minutes - everything set forth was approved either by the 99% favourable proxy votes received in advance, or by 100% show of hands at the meeting.
Following that, there was a video-feed live presentation by John Knowles giving his encouraging view of the markets and Wildcat's position (generally the same thoughts posted here on May 27th - Letter to Shareholders). (John was in Toronto today, to be on hand for his wife's graduation from something there).
Following John's presentation, Peter Theyer reviewed the main WEL properties and activities, and I will summarize some of what he had to say later. There wasn't any new info in what he said from what I recall, but his interpretation of the details was interesting.
Finally, their younger geologist, Ryus St. Pierre, talked about the new Jeep 3D modelling process they have been working on and how putting the results from many years together is leading them to some tentative conclusions on mineralization areas at Jeep. More on that later as well.
Cheers!
