I really like the different views NL and RES are portraying here. I makes me wonder. I would like to through in a curve ball and say, what if a takeover of SGR or SKP occur? Then what? We have a totally different ballgame.! WEL with it's land holding can simply run up on the news alone of a takeover of SGR or SKP which then brings us back to both your analogies. Which I am going to reread right now because they were good.
