Having a partner like SKP is like playing poker.... Seams they JV'd with us with little intent on doing their part.... Bluffing ... Blowing sunshine up our butt... that they were going to undertake a meaningfull work program, when in fact ( lack of their disclosure) all they wanted to do is tie up or projects.

I say as soon as they default we take the poundmaker back for breach of contractural obligation.

I bet that SKP does not drill a single hole before the end of 2010.. anywhere!
