Chatted with John Knowles on Saturday, more like me grilling him mercilessly, sorry about that John, anyway I asked him a question about what is going on with SKP and his answer was that SKP has done work on the property in around the 250-300 k amount and that he was awaiting a report from them about the work done.

I asked him if he forsaw any difficulties in the future with that agreement, but he was non committal, as he should be, but there is the matter of they must do 1.5 million worth of work in the coming year (March to March).

That will be interesting to see.
