In that same line of thought, If SKP wanted to tie up WEL on the poundmaker for any period of time, going the court appointed timeline is the best way. Costs to have a lawyer file a claim and minemal, but the time in the court system would be a year or more.

That would effectively be the same as having your agreement extended and not doing any work at all.
