Having spoke with Mr. Knowles at length, I would think that in my report card I would have to give him an A.

The dealing that he has done to keep this company together over the last year is a testament to the grey hair that he has in abundance.

The bottom line is that he has kept the company together to this point and has even added a much needed drilling Geo in Mr. Tom Lewis, who has extensive expertise in his field.

The compensation should come after success and only after success, because it would be reflected in share holder value (i hope).

I take a wait and see position but it is now tempered in the 'show me the money' coloured glasses that I now wear because of this news.
