I have been wondering if the warrants have anything to do with the perceived price suppression. There are quite a few warrants on the books around this price. Does anyone have the info on exercise price and expiry date on the warrants. Perhaps there is an effort being made to keep them out of the money. Perhaps management feels they can raise capital at higher prices and wants to avoid dilution.
