The company is now known as FUSE Cobalt.
GoldRush,
SKPy has certain obligations to perform work on the Poundmaker by value of xx amount of dollars (the amount escapes me right now).
SKPy does not appear to be in good standing with that agreement and the agreement could become void because of it. They have already had an amendment to that agreement with an extension in the timeline.
That extension is about to expire.
At the time of the last Manitoba Minerals show, SKP had not forwarded a progress report that was due, and I do not know if they have offered the report to date, NorthLion might know as he has a chat with John or Tom Lewis from time to time.
The bottom line is this: SKP has tied that property up for 2 years as Res keeps reminding us. And like Res, I am fed up with that situation. Lets get er going.
There has been a flow through just closed and they are committed to spending that money on exploration this fiscal year. There will be work done on their property, likely the Jeep.
Is it possible that there could be an offer for WEL? sure there is, anything is possible in the mining game.
I personally don't think there will be one, or not one that I would support. There is a lot of exploration potential in all of their properties to have me agree to something too small. But I am not the one running this show as there are none of us on this board who can say that.
Keep in mind that Mr. John Knowles IS running this company and from the conversations that I have had with him and from his actions and decisions made at other companies that he has been involved with, I don't think that he will sell this company down the river without a fight.
WEL's board will have a plan, how could they not. The politics of the belt demands that you consider everything.
For me, my money is not going to waste here, but my horizon is a long one, and I have been impatient enough to have lost money in the past on lousy deals that I have recognized when a story is far from finished and this story has only begun IMHO.
