The company is now known as FUSE Cobalt.
Note that SGR tied up some more land to the west today..... Seams there is truth to the SGR/ SKP being land barrons..... Do they want control of WEL's Bissett assets as well?
I sure hope that John does not sell out our Bissett assets for chump change!
The SKP deal needs clarification.... and soon!
One more thing that gets me frothing at the mouth is that this so called suggar daddy has moved the stock to touch on the wt prices.... was this just to set the pressident to dissallow a wt extension.... With the sugar daddy coming in to finance the equivilant 20 Million wt value this summer after they expire.... I would say there will be a lot of disgruntaled investors if that happens.
Note that SMH extended wts even though they were in the money over the past year.... as an example of what should be done.
From SGR news:
The Gold Horse mineral claims cover a total of approximately 400 hectares and are located near and to the west of San Gold's mineral properties in and around Bissett, Man. The Gold Horse mineral claims are subject to a 3-per-cent net smelter royalty held by Golden Canadian Ltd.
Following a re-evaluation of prior work, San Gold intends to actively explore the Gold Horse mineral claims as part of its 2010 exploration program in the Rice Lake gold belt. The payment to Newquest of $50,000 in cash and the issuance of 60,000 common shares of San Gold are being held in escrow pending the formal registration of the transfer of the Gold Horse mineral claims from Newquest to San Gold.
