I had what I thought was a stink bid in and was supprised to see that I got a partial fill.. Nice to see that some additional bids have now filled

I also sent an E mail to John voicing my concerns and solutions.

I proposed a very similare / identical deal as FV just announced and the exchange approve, to John several months ago. As that time he didn't think the exchange would alow such a deal.

My concern was and is that the wts will become the single largest anchor on the stock.... Few will put in fresh money to exercise and thus the .15 barrier at this time.... That overhang will continue untill the wts are exercised via fresh money, selling into the market to exercise or they expire.

This is the primary hold back on the stock right now... and resolving it very simple. Provide more time, and put in an escalator clause at double the strike price. This give the market ability to price in project advances without being met with massive selling pressure between .15 and .20
