Looks like they have to do some drilling or give up the property. March 1, 2010 is almost here so now they have to spend 1.5million before March 1, 2011. That's a big chunk of change considering they are the operator on the Skp/San jv also.

amended Poundmaker Agreement as follows:

$500,000 prior to March 1, 2010 of which approximately $391,820 had been incurred as at

An additional $1,500,000 prior to March 1, 2011; and

An additional $1,000,000 in each year prior to March 1, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
