Looks like there is a wee effort to move WEL back into the muck.... With a lack of confidence of investors to support the stock.... Me included!.... a small amount of shares can easily move the price down .... a few sacrafical shares to the gods of consolidation. Thus providing the minimal dillution.

3000 shares from CC @ .095 with the next ask @ .11

This is happening day after day... slowley erroding the price of WEL

I just wish SKP would get it over with and make an offer to take out WEL.
