I agree.... no extension for options and no repricing either..... They should have taken advantage of any oportunity when they had the chance.
I think there should also be an alternate slate of managment put on the ticket... I vote for these guys.
This could be done via an amalgamation proposal... 1SKp for 5 WEL...JMHO
