I was just reporting what Wayne passed onto me... that point (b) came straight out of the TSX rules.... Wayne was trying to say that they were making the change to line up with what the TSX has as their policy. I cannot say what they expect to do with new option issues....

I understand your point on why you voted against it. I am not expressing an opinion on it for or aginst - I am only passing on information as I get it.
