Maybe they will be coming after the Cat, or the Kitty (COU).

In the short form prospectus they have plans to use some of the money to consolidate Rice Lake according to their geological model.

Maybe I have read that part wrong, who knows, but a Cat at .05 cents a share is a vulnerable Cat if you ask me.
