You make some good points and yes I agree with most of your comments.

When I met John for the 1st time (handing him my cheque for the 5 cent PP) he was only paying himeself $75K. At the time, WEL was going to do their own drilling to prove up the resources we all thought were there.

Now that the drilling program is over with little results, he doubles his salary to 155K. What if he had stayed at 75K and put the other 80K into additional drilling, where might we be today?

I think he painted himself into a corner with little options other than JV with others, ie: we don't have the funds to drill or are not in a position to hold another PP with todays current SP. I feel he is trying to drain all the cash out of this company while he still can.

I would be interested to hear how many regular posters would put more money into another PP? While the JV may be the best course of action at this point, I would rather own 100% of a claim?
