20 for 1 - so that they can get better terms for financing.
I have seen this before with ORA-T, the company did the split, the share price tanked again, dropping 20% from the reverse split price and then managed to climb a bit.
I got out just before the split, making a small profit, but not as big as I had once had.
Learn the lesson to take profit where possible, nothing goes up forever.
This SP will go down, a buying opportunity will ensue and then a sell off will happen again depending on the warrant price.
I could be wrong, and I hope the 20 for 1 is going to push the SP above .50, but it is now trading at .01 and .015 which will make the SP anywhere from .20 to .30 - enough to finance and get this company going (drilling) for the winter.
Unfortunately this is just not a good time for hard mineral companies, but the company has no choice.
I can only hope for the best, but I am not holding my breathe.
