Please read my email from Foley. He sent it to me at 11:55 am on October 12

In it he says " we are waitingi for ONE additional document to arrive from Europe "

He also says "WE HAVE FORWARDED A DRAFT CLARIFICATION NEWS RELEASE TO THE TSX FOR THEIR REVIEW AND COMMENTS."

This looks quite different than your email and suggests more waiting time.

What do you think people?
