WWF may have experienced delays beyond their control in submitting the documents to MRS. Things like Ramadan in Lybia, obtaining the documents from NOC, translating the documents in english from arabic, etc may have played a part in the delays. I still thing MRS jumped the gun on this one, this is typical behaviour when dealing with bureacracies. Has anyone dealt with CRA or IRS? They take their sweet time in making a decision but want information from you like yesterday. Just my take on things.
