Totally agree and thats what I have been telling friends/family about this situation. If this was bogus or criminal do you honestly think Foley is answering my e-mails and calls? He'd be on the first plane to Libya. There are definitly problems just not of the criminal type. Still have not heard the fat lady even begin to warm up!
