Engineering, procurement, construction & management of crude oil refineries.
I have spoken with Rob at the exchange on several occasions. Yes, I will concur that they will not discuss WWF's investigation. However, Rob did say that all the paperwork that has been submitted has been reviewed, and they are waiting on further submissions from the company. That is as far of information that they will provide. This does explain why we went from a halt to a suspension. Paperwork delays. Rob at the exchange did say to me that Mr. Foley has the right to put out any news releases as he wishes. In other words, no release will be given by MRS with regards to the update of the investigation. Mr. Foley can. However, he chooses not to. I was told he does not want to because it will tie up the MRS from doing their investigation. Rob (MRS) says that they are current. Note: MRS (Rob) did not say anything about the investigation, other than they are current with there part, Information from the investigation has to be given by WWF's Mr. Foley. I clearly want to state that they can not nor will not say anything.
Other posters claim that they have spoken with the company lawyers. I most diffently would agree with Ian, that being client/lawyer confidentiality; he would not say anything. It all on Mr. Foley's court. He has the power to disclose what he feels, and when he feels.
It is truly a wait and see.
