I agree with you on NR's nothing was stated as a done deal. Only that there were LOI  at 3 different levels. One was financing, 2 was construction and 3 was supply. Again these were only deals that were in the works. I cant understand how some people read between the lines. You are right when you say that if WWF has stated that these deals were signed and sealed, the stock price would have gone way beyond .78 cents. Anyway we still have to wait and see what will transpire
