" Regent Ventures sues Stockgroup for belittling picture"

Regent Ventures Ltd.,its president Richard Wilson and its director Douglas Eacrett are suing Stockgroup Media Inc.,and poster Rick Dahlman because of the things Mr. Dahlman allegedly wrote on an Internet forum about Regent. Regent claims that starting on Aug 30 2007, Mr. dahlman published a series of defamatory words that have "seriously injured" the "character, credit and reputation" of the defendants.

Mr. Dahlman posted a picture of the Wizard of Oz, showing three representatives of the Lollipop Guild, on Sept. 17 with the caption "picture of the 3 ????" Regent claims the picture seeks to belittle Mr. Wilson, Mr. eacrett and other members of its management.
