I wonder if the 500K shares had anything to do with the $3,300,000 financing on June 22,2007 which had a 4 mths hold period ending on Oct 22. Did Foley transfer the 500K share to his own company on Oct 25? This transfer would be legit even though  trading in the  stock is suspended.
