Libyan Chilean Cooperation within Oil & Gas

Mr. Ibrahim Assoul, Deputy NOC Chairman, along with Mr. Abulkasim Zwary, Management Committee Member for Processing & Marketing and Mr. Mohamed Zendah, Manager of the Management Committee Affairs Office, held a meeting with Mr. Alberto Van Klaveren, the Chilean Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister and his accompanying delegation, who are currently visiting Libya. The meeting discussed mutual relations within the oil & gas industry and means of upgrading them. The Deputy NOC Chairman gave an overview on the oil and gas industry in Libya regarding exploration, production and processing. He also explained the methods of investing in Libya and pointed out that countries all over the world may participate in such investments. Mr. Van Klaveren expressed his country’s willingness to enhance economic relations with Libya, as well as commercial and investment relations.

Futhermore, 'He also explained the methods of investing in Libya and pointed out that countries all over the world may participate in such investments'.

Now we have an understanding that Libya is willing to work with others, perhaps WWF.  I'm thinking that Foley and WWF have been at such meetings, and we're about to find out!!!
