Depends if Foley wants to buy more. If he or his clients in the desert wanna buy they mite not put out a NR or any consequence for a little while. That will let the the lemmings leap over the cliff then they will have to climb back up and buy back at a higher price. However I think the NR will come out to hold stock at 50 cents mark. Then whoever wants to sell can do so and not get hurt too bad. Big money doesnt mind paying 50 cents especially if they are approving the deals
