1. Can you promise that you will not seek a move to the TSE major exchange within the next 12 months?
2. Can you promise that you will not sue MRS for "undue delay, harrassment and going beyond their mandate"?
3. Can you promise that we at MRS will have first right of refusal at a 25% discount on any new share offerings?
