This is a post by Islandbird at the stockhouse.

Why these people are blaming MRS when WWF did not fulfil what MRS needs.
1) MRS needs confirmation from AX Energy
2)MRS needs confirmation from Barclays bank
3)MRS needs Confirmation from SK Engineering
these are the 3 things that MRS was expecting and did not get from WWF,instead they get a letter from another bank and another Engineering firm so what you expect from MRS.
PS: MRS always works in the interest of the shareholders

My question is where in the world, the MRS can demand the confirmation at this stage, while those news releases were just a letters of intents/interest whatsoever. In any business, it takes intense negotiations and mandates before signing any definitive deals. The letters of intents do not need to materialize. Those are just the letters of intents. I can send a letter of intent to buy the Kensington Palace for 100 Billion Pesos. In the free world of business  I normally do that first. It is just like making an initial offer and doesn't need to materialize and if nothing is accepted by the other party, that is the end of the story.

The MRS has no right to hold the company "hostage" and putting all the shareholders in chaos and insecurity. MRS is not punishing the company. They are not protecting the shareholders interest by doing so. Other way around the MRS is punishing the shareholders by the unfustified halt and suspension. I strongly recent the MRS tactics of doing such things. It is truly truly very sad and ugly. We the share holders know how to punish or uplift any company as needed. MRS is only a source where all the companies can go through the process bexause they do not need to hold themselves responsible for any of the accuracy or correctiveness of the news published by the company. Let us share holders decide how to punish the company.
