I had my mind really working overtime trying to remember that "pigs starve" phrase as I read it somewhere and it seemed to be a worthwhile/apt phrase to remind oneself of. 

I googled it and here is what I got in case anyone else is trying to remember that phrase as well.

"Bulls and Bears make money -- but Pigs get slaughtered. This is an old Wall Street phrase. It means that the smart investor makes money, but the greedy "pig" just gets cut-down."
