No sorry it's not...just a 350 4B Quadrajet[better than holley]with a shift kit.Awesome shape though,but not quite as nice as the post we saw earlier today.lol.My brother had a 69nova 396 4 on the floor.That was awesome since i got to drive it alot.BTW...74 was the last model before they changed body style.
