I suspect Bobo was one of the 150 investors who bought into the promissory notes sold by Badshah.  It's possible that he was contacted by the BCSC as part of their investigation into the  fraudulent activities of Badshah. No wonder he was so negative towards WWF as he might have suspected there was some  connection between Foley and Badsah.  Apparently, TSX thought so too.  All in my opinion, of course.
