When Winfield was first halted 3.5 months ago it was on a COB, it was then suspended pending clarification of company affairs.  Would the COB issue not aready have to be addressed?  Or does the suspension issue (COA) override previous halt issues.

I am not familiar with these fine details,  It seems odd to me that the stock was halted on COB, returns to trade then halts again on COB.  One to two days (weeks) after it resumes.  Any Thoughts?
