Re: RELAX - WE SHOULD BE TRADING BEFORE CHRISTMAS....

999 OPTION Due Diligence.  Good work Option.  Hopefully there is truth in your contacts.

I thought that I was the radical one with views up and down.  I guess I was wrong.  This board seems to have gone hysterical of late.  Why all of the panic now?  We are near the conclusion of issuing a draft CNR.  This pressure should have been put months ago, not now when we know the source of the problem.

Granted that it is Badshaw, however MF puts this upon himself, he kind of looks for trouble.  If you remember, he was a director of a company in 1999/2000 where the chairman was sued by the exchange (with involvement from BC securities) for fraudulent issuing press releases, and then in 2003/2004 listed as director of WWF was another former employee of the Calgary Exchange whom was also the subject of fraud, and now in 2007 the prior IR firm of WWF is charged with fraud.

Why does MF associate with such persons?  I don't know, but I do know that it is not good for his business and credibility.  Now is not Nazima still part of that Badshaw group?  Again is he not asking for more questions.

MF should follow some simple rules:  Part I - dump any association or employees that are connected in one way or anther with fraud, Part II- Make sure that you document your transactions even if they are only verbal, Part III - Update your shareholders to keep goodwill, Part IV - Work with the regulators and not against them, if you need to retract then retract for God's sake and lets get it trading again.

Given that no charges have been laid against WWF, or MF and that the company is working on a draft CNR, I interpret this as a very good sign.  Now whehter it takes 1 week or 6 weeks, is of no concern as long as it will trade.  So relax and enjoy your Christmas, don't poison it with WWF scandal.  Don't make their problem, your problem...

By the way, my luck on the market is changing, everything is soaring so this may be a sign of good things that WWF will trade soon too.

According to my source this is the information on the structure of refinery deal in Lybia.

I was told that it was a 50/50 deal between Lybia & WWF.  After 25 years, refinery reverts back to NOC.  The $ 4 billion cost will be paid over 3 years and, refinery of oil estimated at 300,000 bpd.

Make your own decision and, No I cannot guarantuee that my source is correct.  We will all see when it trades.

I don't understand all of the fuss about wanting to put pressure on the TSX at this moment.

As I stated, the senior management at the TSX called me back last week, this was a first of them calling me back fairly quickly without any follow-up.  The agent was very happy to tell me that an ORDER was released 1 hour ago and that I will understand.  When I sounded concerned, he said that it has to do with Badshaw and not WWF and that this is self-explanatory.

Now, the cat is out of the bag.  All firms that were dealing with Badshaw whom either had a vested interest in terms of options for promoting the stock were halted.  This happened to VPI and then to WWF.

I believe that the halt/suspension was longer on WWF because they themselves did not document all of their dealings (ie: verbal agreements, non-binding agreements, change of business dealings without prospectus, etc...)

I am therefore extremely relieved to hear that there is no wrongdoing on WWF.  The drafting of a CNR is really nothing of concern at this point.  As long as they are drafting this, it means that we as shareholders will see our stock trading again.  Also, the fact that Foley keeps going to Lybia means that we do have a refinery deal, it is a joint venture with the NOC whom will own probably 50% or more of WWF.

Will we soar on this news?  I think so.... Will WWF need to do a COB, this is a reality.  Will it trade shortly only to be halted again, I don't think so, might as well get it up to speed all in one shot.

Putting pressure on TSX at this point will only irritate them.  Give it until Christmas.

Foley should at least put our a NR stating that DD has been completed and WWF is drafting a CNR.  At least this will settle down some investors.

Good Luck,
