From what I understand from Aeroman's posting I got the impression that Rod was unaware of the CNR being drafted. Maybe I am wrong as Englich is my second language.
Option, did you ask about the CNR issue when you had the conversation with the MRS official? Was he aware of the CNR being drafted back and forth between MRS and WWF lawyer?
