The last time my boss asked me a question a response of "none of
your business' would have been viewed as being both inappropriate and
provocative. It would constitute insubordination and grounds for
immediate dismissal.

Well ...wakey wakey Mr listing officer.
This *is* most certainly our business. We own the company, and you,
as a public servant, must address our needs as concerned and involved
parties.
There has been no word on the resumption of trading, and now, the
'Badshah factor" has surfaced, with a hearing scheduled for Dec11:
one day after we expect to sign an agreement that will force a
further halt due to an actual change of business. The word
'convenient' comes immediately to mind.

From my chair, it certainly looks that way. Political pressures from
outside influences???? Once again....most likely.. Could you clarify
in the interests of all?
Rumours abound regarding the poor handling of WWF by provicial
regulators. A statement from your office is long overdue.

Our patience is long past being exhausted. On behalf of this group of
shareholders immediate clarification is required.
